its the location of the tile in the tile-list ingame
for example "2 2 0" means second from the left and second from above. the 0 means nothing, its the same for all tiles.
im not sure if the first 2 is from the left, or the second one, but thats easy to find out, by just trying.
Anyway, you dont have to do this: its easier to set "Autolist in track editor" on (1) in the .cfl
